HarvestingHarvesting is carried out in two stages:

1. During the first stage, the onions are stripped of leaves, then pulled up and placed on a windrow.
The preliminary drying, on the windrow, can last from several hours to several days, depending on climatic conditions.

2. During the second stage, the onions are loaded into crates, in which they are transported to the storage shed.
As we do all the harvesting ourselves, we can choose the best time to carry it out, thus ensuring the highest quality.
